Dr. Mark Domanski will describe how plastic surgery started in ancient Egypt and India, was transformed by the World Wars, and resulted in approximately 6,000 plastic surgeons in the United States today.

After Dr. Domanski graduated medical school in 2006, he spent eight years obtaining advanced training in plastic surgery (whole body) and otolaryngology (face and neck). He stays abreast of current trends in plastic surgery by attending several courses and meetings on an annual basis. He currently works at Bluemont Plastic Surgery clinic in Fairfax, VA.
